Monica Londoño

Monica Londoño, Co-Owner and Accounts Manager of Seniors Helping Seniors Northern Colorado, has spent over a decade in senior care—but her commitment to serving others began long before her career.

She was raised in Colombia by a family of strong, purpose-driven women—her grandmother, mother, and aunt—who shaped how she sees the world. Each led in their own way, but they shared something in common: a deep commitment to serving others and being part of their community.

That sense of responsibility became part of who Monica is.

“I don’t know how to be anything other than someone who serves others,” she says.

Her path into senior care became even more personal during a difficult season in her life, when she discovered that caring for others helped her begin to heal. Through this work, she found purpose again—something that continues to drive her leadership today.

At Seniors Helping Seniors, Monica is deeply committed to protecting the dignity and quality of life of every senior they serve. She believes care should do more than meet needs—it should enrich lives.
